Such a breath of fresh air, this Laundry Room!😉 I haven't had to use a laundromat in decades. My first experience at one in the downtown Omaha was dreadful, at best. Found this gem by Google search and will absolutely make use of it whenever I am in need! SUPER clean - the attendant, Montre (?), made sure of it - as I personally watched him wipe down and rinse machines as they were used. The bathroom was clean and stocked, and I love the fact that you have multiple options to pay for your (reasonably priced) loads. Kudos to the owners and operators!👌👌

The Laundry Room on 30th is a great benefit to our community. On my recent visit I wanted to get a bunch of loads done at once. I was welcomed with a smile. The attendant Maques answered all of my questions, assisted with loading funds and had the place very clean and tidy. I recommend this location.

Best laundry I've ever been to. And as a Travel Healthcare professional, I've been all over the country. Clean, affordable, large and smaller front load machines, great app to autopay, earn credit rewards, and receive notice when the machine is complete. And wifi..AWESOME!!

I have been a customer here for over a year. I love the clean space and great customer service from staff. Especially Marques, he goes out of his way to go above and beyond helping me anytime I’m in, always in a timely manner with a smile on his face. Great job!

I am very disappointed to hear that one of the best workers got let go. Montes was a wonderful worker and went above and beyond for customers. He was always helpful and would do any and everything to meet the needs of customers. He was the reason I kept coming there. This is heartbreaking. Don't know if I will continue to come now. I came in Saturday evening and it was okay. I love the atmosphere . One of the workers was new and I can say the two that were there were nice and helpful. When you get use to someone and love the positive vibe you get from a worker, that's top tier. I am hurt by the fact he is no longer there and there was no reason as to why. I just feel he was a wonderful worker and Marques was beyond helpful. the place itself is affordable and I do like it. I just enjoyed Marques is all. I see a lot of positive reviews regarding him and the experience others have had. Once again, He was wonderful!! He made doing laundry there a fun and eventful!!

I absolutely love the Laundry Room ! Monte is by far the best worker ever! He assist with whatever you need! From helping get clothes to the car to assisting with everyone’s needs. I can’t thank him enough for always smiling and being courteous. I go once a week and enjoy the atmosphere. 5/15/25 Once again I’m extremely satisfied. Marques is amazing. I was using quarters and he showed me how to do away with that by a simple click and I love the fact you all have products on hand. He really is the reason I keep coming here. He assist with so much and always has a positive attitude. He most definitely needs to be recognized for his hard work, wonderful customer service and dedication to the Laundry Room!!! I can’t thank him enough!!

Just left omg I love this place . The customer service was amazing his name was montae he was so patient and kind . His sense of humor was through the roof! Makes washing more worth the time . ☺️

The Laundry Room has changed the game for me with their pickup and delivery service! If I travel and have a big suitcase to wash, or need my comforter washed and my dryer is too small, TLR promptly picks it up (in the bags they let me keep, and I reuse!) and returns it to my porch washed and folded a few hours later. They are friendly, reliable, and efficient - worth every penny!
